Welcome Villa Cavrois!

Villa Cavrois is a large mansion built in 1932 in Croix, for Paul Cavrois, an industrialist from Roubaix, by Parisian architect Robert Mallet-Stevens. It is a testimony to a lifestyle of the late 1920s with clear guidelines that governed the design of the building: air, light, work, sports, hygiene, comfort and efficiency. Read more >>

Welcome Gropius House!

Walter Gropius, founder of the German design school known as the Bauhaus, was one of the most influential architects of the 20th-century. He designed Gropius House as his family home when he came to Massachusetts to teach architecture at Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
