De serie Geo-Design verkent de actuele wereldproblematiek met tentoonstellingen op het snijvlak van wetenschap, journalistiek, beeldvorming en design. | |

Ontwerper Wim Crouwel (1928 - 2019) maakte jarenlang affiches voor het Van Abbemuseum. Eén van de hoogtepunten is zijn poster uit 1963 voor schilder Edgar Fernhout. Bijna 60 jaar later neemt ontwerpbureau Thonik deze poster als uitgangspunt voor de nieuwe huisstijl van de Dutch Design Week. Here, Here! presenteert deze nieuwe branding en het daarvoor ontwikkelde lettertype naast het affiche van Crouwel en werk van Fernhout. | |

In het project Feel the Vibe verkennen studenten Social Design van de DAE de nalatenschap van De Stijl. Deze kunststroming droeg bij aan de ontwikkeling van de Nederlandse ontwerpstijl. Geïnspireerd op deze beweging verkennen drie installaties in de vitrines op Eindhoven Airport hoe kunstwerken, luchthavens en nationale iconografie burgerschap vormgeven. | |

Designer Wim Crouwel (1928 – 2019) produced posters for the Van Abbemuseum for many years. One of the highlights is the poster he created for painter Edgar Fernhout in 1963. It is this poster that design agency Thonik took as inspiration for the new Dutch Design Week brand identity almost 60 years later. Here, Here! presents this new branding with the font especially designed for it, alongside the poster by Crouwel and works by Fernhout. | |

In the multifaceted project Feel the Vibe, Social Design students of the DAE explore the legacy of De Stijl. This art movement helped shape the formation of Dutch national design.
