| Raymond Neutra Reports - Checking Out Dutch Modernists | In connection with his book Cheap and Thin: Neutra and Frank Lloyd Wright, Richard Neutra's son Raymond gave a sold-out lecture at Museum Het Schip in Amsterdam. The John Adams Institute co-hosted the event. Iconic Houses connected him with the owners of a few private houses designed by Rietveld in the early 1960s and there were remarkable connections between them and the work of his father.

| Hôtel Mezzara and the Guimard Museum Project | Le Cercle Guimard, a not-for-profit association, has a project to open a museum dedicated to the architect Hector Guimard in Hôtel Mezzara in Paris. This private mansion is far more obscure than the famous entrances to the Paris Métro for which Guimard is famous. The project includes the restoration of the house and the creation of collections to show that Art Nouveau is the first of the Modern styles and not just a decorative movement.

| Welcome Museu Chillida Leku! | Founded by Eduardo Chillida himself, Chillida Leku is home to the most comprehensive body of the sculptor's works. Located near San Sebastián, Spain, it comprises a sculpture park and an exhibition space inside a converted traditional Basque country house from the 16th century. The place was purchased in the 1980s by Chillida and his wife Pilar Belzunce, who dedicated the next 15 years to sensitively restoring it.
