OCTA is a collaboration between artists from two different cities. Within the intercity project, the participants want to break through the boundaries of their individual practice by adopting a collective attitude and creating joint work for exhibitions in both cities of origin.

The film was shot during an artist residence at the Nida Art Colony on the Curonian Spit in Lithuania. The spit is a 98-kilometre long, thin, curved sand-dune that that separates the Curonian Lagoon from the Baltic Sea.
